Student Council

Grades 5 through 8

The Saint Norbert student council members and class room representatives are elected by their peers and are responsible for representing their classroom in weekly meetings where they bring ideas from their classmates to the study body. Service projects sponsored by the council are the collection of baby items for Birthright, Student Council Day in May, dances, and bake sales to benefit different charitable organizations. Student council leadership is formed from the 8th grade. Students in the positions of president, vice present, secretary, historian, and commissioner of school spirit are elected at the end of seventh grade. In September, a boy and a girl representative are elected in Grades 5 through 8 to complete the council.
