St. Norbert Celebrates Catholic Schools Week!

From Sunday, January 27 through Friday, February 1, the St. Norbert School community marked Catholic Schools Week with special events celebrating all that makes our school so extraordinary!

The week kicked off with our students participating in Sunday mass with the St. Norbert parish and welcoming our neighbors, friends, and family to stop by for an open house and see all the great programs and activities at our school. Monday continued with a book fair and religion bee with the 50+ group, parish staff, and special Grand VIPs.

On Tuesday, we honored our dedicated teachers and staff with a brunch and a performance by some amazing Chinese acrobats! The school showed its support for third-grader JD Sobota on Wednesday through Nickels for JD, with rows of nickels demonstrating the tremendous generosity of our families.

We celebrated our students on Throwback Thursday, when each grade dressed in the styles of various decades, from the tie-dyed 60s to the grunge 90s. And everyone enjoyed an ice cream treat at lunchtime!

Friday, we honored our very special families at pizza bingo night – with plenty of prizes and laughter to go around!

Catholic Schools Week is one of our favorite times here at St. Norbert – thank you to all who made the week so spectacular!
