Admissions Process

Here are the steps for the enrollment process at SNS…

Tour of the school.
If desired, schedule a shadow day for the prospective student.
Complete the SNS Application.
Download and complete the Memorandum of Understanding (PDF).
Submit a copy of the student’s:
- birth certificate
- baptismal certificate (if not baptized at Saint Norbert Parish)
- A current certificate of immunization is required at the time of registration.
- A complete physical report is due before the first day of classes.
- In addition to the above, students applying for grades 1 – 8 must also present the latest report card from the school from which the student will be transferring and any other pertinent academic information.
- Appropriate grade level testing may be required for students seeking admission. Official transcripts should be forwarded from previous school before the first day of classes.
- custodial papers (if applicable)
- signed Memorandum of Understanding
Submit the following:
- a $500 non-refundable check made payable to Saint Norbert School for registration fees per child
- another $500 non-refundable check made payable to Saint Norbert School for tuition deposit per family that will go towards the first month’s tuition
Transfer students must send a SNS Records Request to your child’s current school requesting his/her school transcript and health records be sent to Saint Norbert School. Official transcripts and health records should be forwarded from the student’s previous school prior to the first day of classes.
